What Actually Helps You?

As part of This Helps, we’re inviting our community to answer one simple but powerful question: What actually helps you?

It could be something big or something small. A daily ritual that grounds you. A person who always shows up. A practice, place, or mindset that makes the hardest moments feel possible. Whatever it is, your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
